Karsyn, a graduate of the Driehaus School of Business at DePaul University, is transitioning from her role as a marketing professional into talent acquisition. Having developed strong marketing strategies across various sectors, Karsyn combines her deep understanding of digital marketing, customer segmentation, and social media with her creative thinking and attention to detail. As she steps into talent acquisition, her skills will be particularly aimed at identifying and engaging with top talent in the dynamic field of interior design, leveraging her marketing expertise to enhance recruitment outcomes.
